Happy Pancake Day! The easiest day of the year to know what to do for tea!
I’ve had a mega busy week with lots going on, sorry for the radio silence – you’ll hear all about that shortly! Eek!! Lots and lots of updates to come.
But this morning was a special morning – spent with a lovely group of crafters from the Bristol Knitting and Crochet Guild at The Boston Tea Party in Bristol having cake, coffee and chatting all things wool, business and festivals – I was ‘knit-working’ apparently (brilliant!)!
There were so many beautiful projects being made, knitting, crochet and even a little tatting.
They will be supporting us at @thesodburyyarnover in April, and will be on hand to help with any tricky projects, getting you going or just to offer general advice, so do pop by and meet them.
And if you fancy joining them for coffee, they meet every third Tuesday of the month at The Boston Tea Party (fab cakes – highly recommended!), all the information is here.
Or maybe think about joining the Guild too, they have a great publication “Slipknot” that’s full of information, as well as their website. I have some leaflets at the shop if you’d like to grab one.
Thank you for inviting me this morning, I had a lovely time, it was great to meet you all!
